About the role
Product Ownership & Execution Define and drive the end-to-end Eventhouse experience within Fabric, from disocvyer and onboarding through activation, product usage, optimization and long-term retention. Write specs, define scenarios, partner with engineering on feature execution, and ensure high-quality, reliable releases. Take high-level or ambiguous concepts and drive them end-to-end: from idea, to concrete plans, to execution, to measurable customer impact. Independently lead cross-team initiatives, creating clarity across engineering, design, partner teams, and other Fabric workloads. Continuously assess customer feedback, product telemetry, and business goals to make data-driven decisions and iterate quickly. Define the product experiences, user journeys, and platform capabilities needed to improve adoption and usage depth. Partner closely with UX designers to shape clear, intuitive, and outcome-driven experiences, while owning the product strategy, requirements, prioritization, and success metrics. Work directly with customers, design partners, field teams, support, and customer success teams to understand adoption blockers and validate product direction. Build a strong understanding of enterprise customer needs, including onboarding, governance, scale, reliability, cost transparency, and operational workflows. Required 8 + years of product management experience building SaaS, PaaS, cloud platform, data platform, analytics, or enterprise product experiences. Proven experience driving customer facing product growth, adoption, activation, conversion, retention, or user engagement for complex products. Strong ability to use product telemetry, customer insights, and business metrics to identify problems, prioritize work, and measure impact. Experience defining product requirements, user journeys, success metrics, and roadmap priorities. Strong customer orientation and experience working directly with enterprise customers, field teams, or design partners. Experience with real-time analytics engines, event streaming systems, or observability platforms. Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive clarity, alignment, and execution. Experience building management, monitoring, or optimization experiences for large-scale services. Experience with product-led growth, onboarding, experimentation, funnel optimization, or enterprise SaaS growth motions.
