Senior Product Manager, Agent 365 Tools

Own the strategy and roadmap for tool onboarding and governance, including registry experience for plugins, skills, connectors, and customer-supplied tool packages. Engage with customers to understand governance and compliance requirements and translate them into clear, prioritized product investments. Define granular governance controls for agent tools Deliver discovery and observability for unsanctioned/Shadow AI tools, giving customers visibility into tools operating outside sanctioned channels, along with usage and activity insights. Build governance capabilities for regulated and sovereign environments, including support for government cloud and runtime audit evidence for legal, security, and compliance stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Product management experience on developer platforms, extensibility ecosystems, governance experiences, or compliance capabilities. Familiarity with the AI tooling ecosystem (agent extensibility, plugins, and connectors) or adjacent platform-governance domains. Experience delivering discovery, observability, or policy-enforcement features for enterprise customers. Familiarity with regulated and sovereign requirements such as government cloud, audit, and compliance evidence. Collaboration skills and clear written and verbal communication
