About the role
If you are energized by shaping a space before anyone else owns it, this role is for you. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development. OR equivalent experience. Bachelor's or master's degree AND significant product management experience, with a track record of defining a new product space rather than scaling an existing one. Deep fluency with enterprise security and governance domains, ideally including endpoint, identity, and data-protection technologies. Experience engaging externally with security buyers (CISOs), industry analysts, and ecosystem partners. Solid written and verbal communication, with the ability to set a narrative for both technical and executive audiences. Proven product management experience defining product strategy in enterprise security, threat detection, security posture management, identity, or data governance. Demonstrated ability to drive product alignment across multiple engineering and product organizations without direct authority. Own and articulate the product vision and strategy for AI agent security, including the detection and containment of unsanctioned AI activity across the enterprise. Translate raw security telemetry into actionable signals: agent risk and criticality, intent and impact assessment, risk categorization, and remediation experiences. Deliver security capabilities for regulated and government cloud environments. Elevate product craft across the team by mentoring PMs, modeling excellence, and setting a high bar for quality and impact.
