Product Strategy & Ownership: Own the end-to-end product strategy from discovery through delivery—defining customer value, success metrics, and investment direction.
AI-Enabled Product Leadership: Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, research synthesis, prototyping, experimentation, and decision-making—while identifying opportunities to embed AI into the product experience where relevant.
Rapid Prototyping & Product Craft: Demonstrate strong product and UX judgment by shaping solution concepts early through prototypes, flows, and iterative exploration before heavy engineering investment.
Experimentation & Learning: Use experimentation, analytics, customer feedback, and market signals to validate assumptions, reduce risk, and optimize product outcomes.
User, Business & Technical Balance: Act as the bridge between user needs, business priorities, and technical realities—ensuring solutions are valuable, viable, feasible, and scalable.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, GTM, and operational teams to align on problem framing, solution direction, feasibility, and execution quality.
Roadmap Evolution: Continuously evolve roadmap priorities based on learnings, customer signals, business performance, and market shifts.
Strategic Opportunity Discovery: Explore adjacent opportunities, emerging technologies, and longer-term bets that can shape future product direction.
Insight-Driven Decision Making: Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations, product strategy, and investment choices.
Execution Excellence: Drive execution readiness through clear product requirements, rollout planning, experimentation strategy, and aligned delivery against intended outcomes.
Go-to-Market & Optimization: Partner with GTM teams on launch readiness, adoption, performance tracking, and iterative product improvement post-launch.
Strategic Influence: Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, influencing product direction, prioritization, and investment decisions.
