What to Expect

We are seeking an experienced RF / Radio Test Engineer to lead the testing and validation of wireless products across multiple radio technologies including WiFi, LTE, BLE, and UHF radio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with radio conformance and regulatory testing across multiple regions/countries, a solid understanding of global regulatory requirements, and working knowledge of EMC testing. This role involves close collaboration with hardware, firmware, and certification teams to ensure products meet performance, compliance, and time-to-market goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, set up, and execute radio testing across WiFi, LTE, BLE, and UHF radio technologies
  • Perform RF performance, conformance, and pre-compliance testing in line with regional regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, CE/RED, ISED, MIC, NOM, KC etc.)
  • Conduct EMC testing (radiated/conducted emissions and immunity) and support pre-compliance debugging
  • Operate and maintain test equipment including R&S CMW500, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, and power meters
  • Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports
  • Interpret and apply regional regulatory requirements for multiple countries to guide product certification strategy
  • Troubleshoot RF and EMC issues, and work with design teams to drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Support certification submissions and liaise with external test labs and certification bodies
  • Contribute to test automation and improvement of lab processes and methodologies

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, RF Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in radio testing for multiple countries with a strong understanding of regional/regulatory requirements
  • Working knowledge of EMC testing principles and standards
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with global certification schemes (FCC, CE/RED, ISED, MIC, NOM, KC, etc.)
  • Proven experience in radio/RF testing across WiFi, LTE, BLE, and UHF technologies
  • Hands-on experience with R&S CMW500 and spectrum analyzers (and related RF instrumentation)
  • Experience working with external/accredited test labs

  • $96,000 - $222,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
