What You’ll Do
- Perform complex and precise electro-mechanical assembly and prototyping work while maintaining a clean and orderly work area
- Support build processes, perform reworks on components (turning/milling), and prepare documentation for Design and Manufacturing Engineers
- Ability to read, interpret, and create documentation and drawings, and to give and follow precise verbal and written instruction
- Design and adapt tools and fixtures in CAD (Solidworks) for prototype builds
- Responsible for updating production records to ensure accurate tracking of processes
- Maintain NPI Pilot Lines to keep current with changes in product design and manufacturing process
- Troubleshooting equipment and processes by collaborating with engineering, quality and operations
What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in prototyping/assembly for new products

Completed technical training as a mechanic engineer, mechatronics engineer or similar

CAD experience, ideally in Solidworks, for tools and fixtures

Good understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

Proficiency in operating production machinery either through graphical user interfaces (GUIs) or by using programming languages (e.g., G-codes, pseudo-code)

Extensive workshop experience with strong manual dexterity and precision

Ability to produce clear, accurate amd structured documentation

Very good German and English communication skills both written and verbal

Experience with NPI of power electronic products and/or mass production are a plus
