About THE Role

You'll own quality across the Motoloan product — covering mobile, backend APIs, and customer-facing workflows — as the product scales and evolves.

What You'll DO

• Work directly with Product Managers and Developers across the full development cycle, from test planning through release, on a product used by real customers making real financial decisions.

• Test mobile applications and backend services in a regulated financial environment where edge cases have direct consequences for customers.

• Identify gaps in test coverage, improve testing approaches, and contribute to how the team raises quality standards over time.

What You'll OWN

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases for mobile applications, APIs, and backend services.

• Perform manual testing of new features, product changes, and customer-facing workflows; analyze results and provide clear recommendations for resolution.

• Build and maintain test documentation — test cases, checklists, and test reports.

• Run regression testing across releases and product updates.

• Contribute to test planning and QA strategy within the team.

• Identify and communicate defects, risks, and technical issues clearly to developers and stakeholders.

• WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT

• 3+ years of experience in software testing.

• Experience with mobile application and API testing.

• Hands-on experience with Postman, Xcode, or similar tools; traffic analysis tools such as Proxyman, Charles, or Fiddler.

• Strong SQL knowledge: joins, filtering, and data validation.

• Experience with test management systems such as TestOps, TestRail, or similar.

• Clear, concise written communication in English.
