About the role

You'll improve test coverage and automation across backend and frontend systems within the Cards domain — directly affecting the reliability of products used by millions of active users.

What you'll do

• Work on customer-facing card products where test gaps have a direct impact on user experience and operational quality

• Build and maintain automated API tests for critical backend services in the Cards domain

• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and QA throughout the delivery cycle — from requirements to release

What you'll own

• Perform manual testing of backend and frontend components within the Cards domain

• Design, develop, and maintain automated API tests

• Analyze requirements, identify edge cases, and define appropriate test coverage

• Investigate, document, and track defects through to resolution

• Maintain and improve test documentation: test cases, checklists, and test plans

• Support regression testing, release activities, and ongoing improvement of QA practices

• What makes you a strong fit

• 3+ years of experience in software testing

• Solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and testing types

• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman, REST clients, or similar tools

• Basic knowledge of test automation in Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, or similar

• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD processes

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work across teams
