Job Title Senior Program Manager Job Description Job Description Lead full-cycle CT medical equipment program management, ensuring on-time, budget-compliant and high-quality project delivery. Ensure requirements and business case are defined, completed and approved. Ensure program operations comply with medical device industry regulations, hospital safety rules and company internal systems, and complete standardized program filing. Ensure quality deliverable of systems delivered, following the quality initiatives. Formulate/manage system level & sub-system program plans covering schedules, resource allocation, budgets, risk assessment and milestones. Organize the global & cross-function resources and lead sub-system project managers to organize and specifies the quality standard in the processes. Build and maintain the project organization, help the team to organize, choose or coach on the way of working and select the adequate tools (tailors the approach to the specific project) and define the interfaces with other functions, company internal and external Coache and direct project team members and gives them operational guidance, both technically and organizationally. Identify the risks of the project (e.g. specs, costs, planning etc.) and develop scenarios to mitigate the risks by defining corrective actions and driving the projects to closure. Represent the program team in the overall project to optimize fit for use and overall effectiveness. Gather and integrate program performance and progress information. Reports on the progress of the program with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money to senior management and to the project members. Manage internal and external stakeholders. Report on employees’ performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal. Deploy process improvements, support continuous improvement of teams and make the project organization efficient and transparent, in line with departmental and project processes and compliance to corporate policies/rules/procedures. You are a part of A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the PMO leader, with Cross functional team as your key stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 10+ years working experience in manufacture industry, development field or comprehensive working background. Better in medical device industry. Familiar with product development procedure. Skilled in MS office including Powerpoint, excel, word, project, visio. English can be taken as working language.
