Job Title Healthcare Informatics Graduate Job Description Healthcare Informatics Intern – South Africa A dynamic internship opportunity supporting the Healthcare Informatics team in deployment coordination, system support, administrative operations, and client engagement activities across South Africa. Your role: Support the Healthcare Informatics team in deployment and implementation activities across customer sites and internal projects. Assist with market research, inventory management, delayed order follow-ups, and documentation tracking to ensure smooth project execution. Manage and update records, Salesforce data, contract install bases, and operational documentation. Coordinate emails, attend meetings and workshops, and capture meeting minutes accurately and professionally. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Gain hands-on exposure to healthcare informatics systems, project coordination, and healthcare technology operations within a fast-paced environment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the team wherever required. You’re the right fit if: Experience: Academic exposure or internship experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related technical environments. Skills: Basic understanding of healthcare informatics concepts and systems Familiarity with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn in a high-energy environment Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
