As a Product Manager – Generative AI Solutions reporting to Senior Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping how generative AI is embedded into Nasdaq's regulatory reporting platform, AxiomSL — transforming how financial institutions manage and automate their regulatory obligations. You'll thrive in this position if you're analytically rigorous, collaborative, and energised by the challenge of translating complex financial and technical requirements into real-world product impact. This role places you at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation — with the opportunity to influence how hundreds of professionals engage with regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product roadmaps by engaging with clients, stakeholders, sales, and development teams to align priorities and drive delivery of GenAI-enabled solutions. Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable specifications, leveraging analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to shape feature design and solution logic. Lead hands-on feature testing and guide quality assurance efforts, including driving automation of testing processes and identifying patterns or issues in system behavior. Present product developments to internal and external audiences, incorporating feedback to inform iteration, prioritisation, and overall product strategy. Maintain clear documentation of features, product decisions, and known issues, while demonstrating ownership, a self-starter mindset, and attention to detail in driving product outcomes. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in financial regulatory reporting within a financial institution, consultancy, or technology vendor environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to break down complex problems, evaluate trade-offs, identify key signals, and challenge assumptions. Ability to write and understand complex SQL queries, with hands-on experience working with relational databases. High level of ownership with a self-starter mindset and a keen eye for detail, including the ability to independently drive solutions and identify improvement opportunities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical audiences; Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering generative AI-powered features or workflows within a product or technology context. Prior exposure to financial regulatory calculation or reporting platforms. Background in a client-facing expert or advisory role within a technology vendor organization. This position is located in London and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment, with at least 3 days per week in-office, subject to change.
