Nasdaq Technology is looking for a passionate Lead Product Manager with focus on Counterparty Credit Risk to join the Mumbai technology center in India. As a Lead Product Manager, the candidate is supposed to own and drive the XVA and Monte Carlo PFE (MCPFE) product areas within our Credit Risk platform. This role is critical to scaling the XVA/MCPFE solution to support increasing client adoption, regulatory expectations, and advanced use cases across global banks and financial institutions With this position we offer Join the team which sits at the intersection of quantitative finance, product strategy, engineering execution, and client engagement, and team works closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, QA and Support. The team owns the analytical, experimental, investigative, and testing efforts in support of new product development engineering. Role Responsibilities As a Lead Product Manager, your focus will be coordinating all phases of new product development, including research and develop. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries. They would own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for XVA and MCPFE modules, including roadmap definition, prioritization, and delivery. They would Leads project/program teams from build to delivery of fully developed products that are ready for customer use. Would translate sophisticated quantitative and regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications. Would work closely with Engineering to guide develop decisions, performance improvements, and architecture evolution. Acts as the primary product contact for clients, support team, Presales and Client Services. Participate in client workshops, demos, critical issues, and roadmap discussions. Makes recommendations for product solutions based upon feedback from customer base, aligning the recommendations to the customer’s business strategy We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications) Experience Level: 6+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically in Counterparty Credit Risk domain. Solid understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk. Experience with quantitative finance models and risk analytics in capital markets or banking. Ability to work closely with Quants and Engineers on model behavior, performance, and data flows. Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non technical audiences. Education Qualification: MBA or master’s in quantitative finance or related rigor CFA, FRM Top Knowledge of Java/SQL Does it sound like you?
