About the role
Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders by proactively identifying pain points and co-developing secure, resilient, production-scale architectures. Address competitive challenges and technical objections, partnering with Global Black Belts, engineering teams, and field communities to resolve escalations and share product insights. Maintain and grow expertise in cloud migration and modernization across Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux, PostgreSQL, application workloads, resiliency, security, and compliance. Develop and apply expertise in enterprise applications and platforms including SAP, Oracle, Azure VMware Solution, VMware, NetApp, Red Hat, and Nutanix. Stay current on market trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies, and actively contribute knowledge to the infrastructure technical community. 8+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or equivalent experience. OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience. OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship. 10+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience. 8+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, or technology management. Relevant technical certifications, such as: AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert AZ-700: Azure Network Engineer Associate AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate Equivalent certifications or experience Experience with enterprise platforms and ecosystem technologies such as SAP, Oracle, NetApp, VMware, Nutanix, and Red Hat. Experience designing or selling solutions involving hybrid networking, secure connectivity, or network performance optimization in enterprise environments. Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service, application platforms, and containerization strategies. Knowledge of Azure services, including security, compliance, hybrid cloud, and AI infrastructure scenarios.
