About the role
Collaborate with engineers, applied scientists, and product managers to design and deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions. Develop high-quality code, automated tests, and monitoring to ensure service reliability and operational excellence. Investigate and resolve production issues, contributing to live-site health and continuous service improvement. Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions while growing technical expertise. Partner across teams to deliver end-to-end features that help customers adapt Copilot to their unique data and workflows. Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools and modern development practices to improve productivity and software quality. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
