Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software solutions for AI-powered products and services within the Commercial Business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, data scientists, data engineers and UX designers—to deliver end-to-end features from concept to production. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize performance, reliability, and developer productivity. Write well-documented, high-quality, and maintainable code. Engage in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and regular team syncs. Contribute to a culture of inclusion, innovation, and technical excellence within the CEAI organization. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Spark, C#, Java, TypeScript). Experience building large-scale data processing solutions using technologies such as Spark, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms Experience with LLMs and Azure AI stack / services including Foundry and Copilot Studio. Experience with Azure cloud platforms and building distributed systems or web services. Problem-solving experience and a background in learning new technologies. Communication and collaboration experience.
