Guides collaboration with stakeholders to confirm user requirements and leverages feedback channels for design improvements. Guides teams in creating test strategies, incorporating security testing, and leveraging AI tools for test automation. Guides development process, ensuring extensible, maintainable, and secure code using best practices. Guides experimentation, deployment, live site maintenance, and incident response, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Guides development tool selection and continuous integration in production. Ensures compliance with security and regulatory standards, mentors on learning and development, and advocates for best practices and security-informed engineering. Build and coach a high-performing team of engineers and vendors, fostering accountability and execution excellence Define and drive the product roadmap for AI solutions that automate CELA Matters Management workflows in partnership with internal clients and the AI4CELA product management team Direct your engineers and vendors to deliver production-grade AI solutions that meet security and Responsible AI standards Own the governance and lifecycle of deployed AI solutions, including monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement Track and report business impact, feeding measurable results back into the solution roadmap Guides partnership with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project manager, technical lead) to determine user requirements within and across teams. Guides teams and leads identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform. Optimizes, debugs, refactors, and reuses code to improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI). Guides team to drive multiple group's project plans, release plans, and work items in coordination with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project managers). Guides team and acts as an expert for Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and monitors other engineers across product lines, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions. Leads product development and scaling to customer requirements and applies best practices for meeting scaling needs and performance expectations and holds accountability for products that do not meet expectations. Embody our culture and values Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 4+ years people management experience.
