Engineering Manager - Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 10+ years of software development experience within Windows operating systems, low-level systems software, or comparable systems programming environments. 5+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams, including people management and technical leadership responsibilities Demonstrated success designing, architecting, and delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines Demonstrated proficiency in C and C++ Experience developing software that uses concurrent, multithreaded, or parallel processing techniques
