Director, AI Business & Security Solutions Engineering

Generate new competitive strategies and elevate team expertise through knowledge sharing, enabling the team to influence architecture and capability discussions as subject matter experts. Maintain communication with global partners and internal leaders to pre-align technical resources, and flexibly realign teams to meet customer priorities in support of proactive engagements. Shape strategic win and customer success plans in collaboration with account and marketing teams, ensuring execution of compete strategy and preparing teams for future market opportunities. Demonstrable experience leading customer-facing technical teams across enterprise technology environments, including solution engineering, technical consulting, architecture, or technology delivery. Strong expertise in AI, Modern Work, Security, or related cloud technologies, with the ability to lead teams working across multiple technical solution areas. Proven experience building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and guiding complex technical and business conversations. Experience leading geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams, customers, or business programmes across multiple regions and time zones. Demonstrated success developing, coaching, and empowering high-performing technical professionals, including experience leading managers and/or virtual teams. Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a range of audiences. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
