About the role
Lead Strategic Customer & Sales Engagements Drive Complex, Cross‑Workload Technical Wins Build Competitive Strategy & Market Intelligence Develop and document competitive knowledge and compete patterns, act as a subject matter expert on competitive landscapes, and deliver insights to sales, product, and engineering teams to drive differentiated selling strategies and escalations. Design, Prove, and Position Solutions Scale Wins Through Partner Ecosystem Promote and scale solutions in a sell‑with partner motion by developing deep partner relationships, supporting partner technical capacity, monitoring resource readiness, and identifying new partnership opportunities aligned to subsidiary strategy. Shape Market & Subsidiary Response to Emerging Threats Proactively identify market patterns and competitive threats, developing strategic cross‑workload and account‑level responses while delivering actionable feedback to business groups on market trends, customer needs, and solution gaps. Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience. Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages in professional, technical, and business contexts. 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience. 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
