Bring industry insights, emerging trends, and innovative technology perspectives to customers, helping them accelerate digital and AI transformation. Communication & Collaboration Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences, and effectively lead cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams. Proven 5-7+ years of experience in technology strategy, solution architecture, technical sales, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, AI transformation, or related technology advisory roles. Demonstrates ability to translate customer business priorities into technology strategy, solution architecture, and executable transformation roadmaps. Builds trusted advisor relationships with senior technology executives, including CIO, CTO, CDO, and CISO. Drives technical opportunity identification and shapes solutions that deliver clear business value and measurable outcomes. Technology Strategy & Roadmap Partner with customers to define and execute their technology strategy and roadmap, aligning business priorities with scalable, secure, and outcome-driven solutions across cloud, AI, security, and data. Strategic Customer Engagement Build trusted advisor relationships with senior technology stakeholders (e.g., CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO), translating business needs into technology direction and delivering impactful insights that shape decision-making. Enterprise Architecture Advisory Assess customer technology landscape and provide guidance on architecture, modernization, and innovation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long-term transformation goals.
