Minimum 5 years of experience as PowerBI Developer . Extensive expertise in Power BI, with a solid understanding of DAX and M queries Visual Skills: Strong experience in Visual design skills, with a keen eye to aesthetics and details Strong hands-on experience with SQL. Proficiency in querying languages (e.g. SQL, SAS ) or other data mining and manipulation tools Experience in relational database & data warehouse . Good experience in working in Agile PowerBI certification is a plus. Experience in building predictive analytical models (e.g. Python) is a plus. Strong communication skills Effective interpersonal skills Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to operate at own initiative with a pro-active attitude in line with bank policy Strong skills to drive change: planning & alignment, solution design, stakeholder management High resilience, the ability to deal with ambiguity and a focus on collaboration Proactive, a can-do mentality, a positive mind-set and organizational sensitivity
