Roles & Responsibilities :
Writing requirements & configurations for various SOLMAN modules – CHARM , DVM, Service Desk, ITSM, RCA Familiar with Technical monitoring & PCM process Exp with ABAP & JAVA transports through CHARM Dealing with BPC / BW transports
