About the role
Working for our Direct Client.
Position Title : Java Developer Work Location : McLean, VA Job Type : Permanent / Contract (W2 or 1099)
Responsibilities
-
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

Assists in architecture, performance engineering, product evaluation and support.

Translates business requirements into application and database design.

Develop and test RESTful APIs and Java Code.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.

5+ years of strong Java development experience within an enterprise environment.

Hands on working experience with Java, J2EE, Spring framework

Hands on experience in deploying application in Linux / JBOSS / GIT environment
-
Experience with MongoDB is a plus.

Solid communication skills required.
