Required Skills: BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent field of study with at least 5 years experience Large scale distributed systems Must have knowledge with JAVA, Spring, Hibernate, REST, MySQL Nice to have knowledge with Redis, Elasticsearch, Flume, Redshift, Nginx, Memcached · Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
· Displays initiative, self-motivation, and effective time-management skills
· Multiple years of experience in a professional environment performing analysis, design and development tasks on multiple platforms
· Knowledge of in-object oriented programming concepts and design
· Familiar with data mining concepts and machine learning algorithms
· Understanding of data flows, data architecture, ETL and processing of structured and unstructured data Responsibilities: · Design and develop applications in Java using a variety of frameworks and tools Provide options for implementing features that account for scalability, long term maintainability and performance Coordinate with front end development team as needed to connect the UI to our API Think strategically and execute operationally
Job Status: Full Time / Permanent
