Salesforce Senior Developer

Develop Salesforce server-side code in Apex to integrate several operational systems and enhance the core business logic.

Design, develop, and document APIs to be used by partners and other development teams.

Lead or participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives.

Develop Salesforce client-side visualizations for a UI-driven product with Angular, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.

Analyze data to evaluate the correctness and effectiveness of integrations.

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform, products, and integrations.

Lead small teams of developers in implementing a technical solution by providing supervision, mentoring, and feedback to ensure project success.

Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data-migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.

Create and execute test plans to ensure quality delivery.

Serve as the standard-bearer of coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.

Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.

Identify use cases for new product and technical capabilities released by Salesforce; educate stakeholders throughout the organization about new product capabilities.

Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.

Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
