Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish. We are looking for an AI Product Manager who can combine product strategy, user insight, and technical understanding to lead the development and delivery of scalable, AI-powered digital solutions.

In this role, you will identify product opportunities through deep user understanding and data analysis, driving the integration of AI capabilities and intelligent agent systems to transform complex business workflows. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to design user-centered systems. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments and has a proven track record of bringing products from concept to successful launch.

- Design AI agents or agentic workflows to streamline and accelerate business process. - Drive business needs to successful product implementations. Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from concept development and prototyping to final launch and iteration. - Facilitate communication and collaboration across different multi-functional groups and management levels. Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive all open items to closure. - Identify user pain points and product opportunities through user research, behavioral analysis, and product analytics (e.g., retention, conversion, funnel drop-off). - Explore opportunities to integrate AI capabilities, LLMs, or agent-based workflows to automate manual processes and empower existing systems. - Maintain products in service, driving continuous iteration and optimization through experimentation, testing, and usage data. - Establish product metrics frameworks to monitor AI product performance and translate data insights into concrete product requirements. - Identify risks, generate mitigation plans, and ensure appropriate steps are taken to achieve desired timelines and successful product delivery.

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful end-to-end product delivery and bringing products from concept to launch.

  • Exceptional cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, with hands-on experience driving alignment across engineering, design, operations, and business teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to create product prototypes with strong product intuition and attention to user experience.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in identifying user needs and using data to drive product decisions.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered product features, automation tools, or intelligent systems.

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

  • Experience designing and delivering to-B (enterprise) products, internal tools, or PaaS platforms is a strong plus.

  • Hands-on experience working on AI/ML-related product initiatives, such as LLM-based applications, AI copilots, model integration, human-in-the-loop workflows, or ML-powered decision support tools.

  • Experience using or integrating AI tools and frameworks such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, or similar AI platforms.

  • Experience leading digital transformation projects, such as migrating legacy workflows or automating manual processes (e.g., finance, budgeting, or operational data workflows).

  • Experience with product analytics and experimentation frameworks, proficient in BI/visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Fluent in English with hands-on experience in end-to-end communication, including written documentation and live reporting in global/international business settings.

  • M.S. or B.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Business, Economics, or a related field, with equivalent industry experience.
