AHEAD is looking for an experienced, people-focused engineering leader to lead the team behind Hatch and Unity. We’re a leading IT services provider, trusted by some of the world’s largest companies to design, build, run, and modernize their most important technology across cloud, data, AI, and security.

Hatch is an advanced platform for IT lifecycle management, renewal, procurement, and logistics, giving enterprises real-time visibility and control over their IT assets, orders, contracts, and inventory across thousands of sites. Unity, its sibling platform, extends those capabilities to streamline our own operations and service delivery. You’ll lead a progressive engineering team that lives on the forefront of technology: one that builds real products, adopts new tools early, and never stops learning. Keeping that team curious, growing, and shipping is the heart of the job.

You’ll own the health, growth, and performance of the team while partnering with product and business stakeholders to deliver features that drive real value for our customers. This isn’t a purely administrative role. We’re looking for someone with strong technical instincts who can guide architectural decisions, remove blockers, and help the team do their best work.
