Job Description

We are looking for an expert to join our team and drive the integration and optimization of Product Information Management (PIM) systems and AI-powered search/recommendation technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams, including business stakeholders, product owners, and frontend CMS teams, to deliver scalable and seamless omnichannel product content solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Inriver PIM solutions for global product catalog management.

• Configure and manage:

• Entity models

• Specifications

• Taxonomies

• Channels

• Workflows

• Completeness rules

• Validation rules

• Develop and maintain:

• Inbound/Outbound integrations

• Data imports/exports

• APIs and event-driven integrations

• Implement product enrichment, digital asset management, and multilingual product content workflows.

• Support product syndication across:

• eCommerce platforms

• CMS platforms

• Marketplaces

• Distributor channels

• Design data governance and product data quality frameworks.

• Perform product data migration, cleansing, transformation, and mapping activities.

• Configure channel-specific product publishing and product release management.

• Work with business teams for onboarding new product hierarchies and attributes.

• Optimize PIM performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Coveo Responsibilities

Design and implement Coveo-powered intelligent search and recommendation solutions.

Configure:

ML models

Relevance tuning

Facets

Ranking strategies

Implement AI-driven:

Product discovery

Recommendations

Personalization

Semantic search

Generative AI search experiences

Integrate Coveo with:

Inriver PIM

CMS platforms

eCommerce engines

DAM systems

Knowledge bases

Configure indexing pipelines and metadata mappings.

Optimize search analytics, search relevance, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Work on Coveo Headless/Search UI integrations with frontend applications.

Implement search governance and SEO/AEO-friendly search strategies.

• Design and implement Inriver PIM and Coveo Search/ML solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PIM and AI-powered search into our eCommerce ecosystems, including CMS and ERP systems.
• Model product data effectively, utilizing APIs and enterprise architecture knowledge, to enhance the product discovery process.
• Optimize and maintain the performance and scalability of PIM and search solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to product owners and frontend teams, ensuring a consistent and high-quality product content strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in PIM and AI-powered search, and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Document and communicate technical specifications, best practices, and guidelines for effective knowledge sharing.
• Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues with the PIM and search infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Inriver PIM and Coveo Search/ML platforms, including implementation and integration.
• Strong expertise in product data modeling, API integration, and enterprise architecture design.
• Proven track record in delivering scalable and high-performance PIM and AI-powered search solutions for eCommerce.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, including CMS, ERP, and frontend development practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in PIM and AI-powered search technologies.
• Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting techniques for PIM and search infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
