We’re looking for an InP - Software Engineer Senior to join our ever-evolving Service Excellence – Omnichannel Communications team and help us unleash the potential of every business. What you’ll own as – InP - Software Engineer Senior Design, build, and optimize Genesys Cloud Architect call flows for IVR and routing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Integrate IVR systems with backend services and databases to ensure seamless functionality. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in the full software development lifecycle—from planning and development to deployment and maintenance. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain high availability and performance. Work closely with architects to ensure 99%+ system uptime. Continuously improve call flows and user experience through data-driven insights. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. What you bring 7+ years of IVR development experience, with deep hands-on expertise in Genesys Cloud Architect Genesys Cloud Professional certification is considered a strong advantage. Strong proficiency in Java, including building backend services and IVR integrations. Strong understanding of telephony protocols (SIP, VoIP, CTI). 5+ years of experience in API development and/or backend integration. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 4+ years of experience in RDBMS technologies like Postgresql, MySQL, MS SQL etc. Added bonus if you have: Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment. Exposure to speech recognition and natural language IVR technologies.
