Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics for your product area, ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer needs, and long-term business strategy.
Define and evolve product experiences that thoughtfully blend digital capabilities with human-assisted services, ensuring customers have a seamless and consistent experience throughout their journey.
Partner with Product and business leaders to identify opportunities where technology, human expertise, and service delivery can drive improved customer outcomes, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, Operations, and other business leaders to deliver cohesive customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
Develop high-performing teams that utilize continuous product discovery best practices and modern SDLC methodologies, including customer research, experimentation, roadmap management, and iterative delivery, to ensure products meet customer needs and business goals.
Translate strategy into execution by helping teams make effective trade-offs, prioritize investments, and deliver against product outcomes.
Craft business cases, understand financial impacts, and define and execute business and customer benefit OKRs. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities, measure impact, and drive learning.
Inspire, align, and influence across functions, successfully navigating dependencies, ambiguity, and organizational complexity to deliver value for customers and the business.
Identify and leverage AI-enabled capabilities and workflows to improve customer experience, product velocity, and quality in ways that align with business priorities and deliver measurable impact.
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, direction, and growth opportunities while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, learning, coaching, operational excellence, and ongoing refinement of product practices and ways of working.
