Feladatok Elektrokémiai és tűziónozó technológiai folyamatok felügyelete és optimalizálása Galván sorok (előkezelés, ónozás, öblítés, utókezelés) technológiai beállítása Technológiai paraméterek, meghatározása, ellenőrzése, dokumentálása Minőségi eltérések elemzése, hibaelhárítás támogatása Új termékek és technológiai változtatások bevezetése Vegyszerek, fürdők állapotának ellenőrzése, beállítása Együttműködés a termeléssel, karbantartással és minőségüggyel Munkautasítások, technológiai leírások, hibakatalógus készítése A galvanizáló folyamatban dolgozók oktatása, továbbképzése Kapcsolattartás külső cégekkel, vizsgálatok, tesztelések céljából Elvárások Műszaki felsőfokú végzettség (vegyészmérnök / anyagmérnök / gépészmérnök) Galván technológiában, és ónozásban szerzett tapasztalat Folyamatmérnöki vagy technológusi gyakorlat Problémamegoldó, elemző gondolkodás Magabiztos számítógépes ismeretek (Excel, dokumentációkezelés) Angol nyelvű szakmai kommunikációra képes tudás Előnyt jelent Autóipari vagy elektronikai ipari tapasztalat ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 környezet ismerete Automatizált vagy félautomata galván sorok ismerete Vegyszeranalitikai mérésekben szerzett gyakorlat Tasks Supervision and optimization of electrochemical and tin‑plating technological processes Technological setup of plating lines (pre‑treatment, tinning, rinsing, post‑treatment) Definition, monitoring and documentation of technological parameters Analysis of quality deviations and support in troubleshooting Introduction of new products and technological changes Monitoring and adjustment of chemical solutions and baths Cooperation with production, maintenance and quality departments Preparation of work instructions, technological descriptions and defect catalogues Training and further education of employees working in the plating process Liaising with external companies for examinations and testing Requirements Technical university degree (chemical engineer / materials engineer / mechanical engineer) Experience in plating technology and tinning Practical experience as a process engineer or technologist Problem‑solving and analytical thinking Confident computer skills (Excel, documentation management) Ability to communicate professionally in English Advantages Experience in the automotive or electronics industry Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 environment Experience with automated or semi‑automated plating lines Practice in chemical analytical measurements Vishay helps the world’s most in-demand technologies come to life.
