We are looking for a responsible and independent candidate for the position of Test Engineer who will provide support on the latest projects.
Main duties and responsibilities
• Testing UPS products (uninterruptible power supplies)
• Responsibility for the testing workplace in terms of ensuring required documentation and certification
• Troubleshooting issues arising during testing
• Cooperation with the R&D department in Italy on testing new products
• Providing feedback to development and service departments
• Defining and presenting parameters of new products
• Monitoring key market trends in the field of UPS products
Personal requirements and skills
• University degree in electrical engineering is required
• Experience in a similar position is a strong advantage
• Active command of the English language
• Experience working with technical documentation
• Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD software (ideally Solid Edge)
• Analytical thinking, independence, and responsibility
The anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between 18 645€ to 23 306€ gross per year —salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities. In addition to the salary listed above, a detailed overview of additional compensation, including bonuses and benefits, will be provided during the initial interview.
