Technical Electrical Supervisor – Croatia
Location: Zagreb, Croatia and EMEA wide travel to customer sites at least 50% of the time
Schedule: Full-time, field-based role supporting customer projects across Northern Europe

About the Role
The role of an Electrical Supervisor is to prepare electrical installations for commissioning, meaning leading and supervising teams of subcontractors and electricians to connect and complete the entire electrical installation.
This position is responsible for coordinating construction services and implementing the electrical project on the construction site, including but not limited to: fire detection/suppression, electrical systems, LV, MV, ELV, security, UPS, structured cabling, and leading the electrical installation team on-site.
Responsibilities
- Provide feedback after project handover to the supervisor, design team, assembly plant team, and executive team to improve Vertiv project performance during execution
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills
- Technical and organizational setup of the project execution phase, technical analysis, QA/QC process
- Use knowledge, skills, and expertise to maximize the success of the project execution phase
- Review the project and participate during the factory assembly process
- Attend FAT and assist the commissioning team
- Familiarize with the project’s technical solutions
- Lead and manage contractors on-site during final assembly
- Ensure responsible implementation and adherence to quality control procedures
- Approve material costs and labor hours for contractors
- Promote a work environment that encourages subcontractor engagement to achieve excellence in productivity, customer service, quality, inventory management, and environmental health and safety (EHS)
Qualifications
- Secondary education in electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installation work as a foreman, supervisor, or inspector, with at least 2 years in data centers or telecommunications
- Active knowledge of English at minimum A2 level
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, demonstrating planning, prioritization, organization, and coordination with other stakeholders
- Effectively communicate technical information to the construction team
- Demonstrate professionalism (e.g., cooperation, politeness, assertiveness, openness to constructive criticism, and maintaining trust)
- Effectively handle stressful situations (conflict resolution and meeting deadlines)
- Embrace cultural differences and diverse work environments across the EMEA region
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel
