Job Description
工作职责：
1.负责数据中心精密空调产品技术支持和产品问题管理；
2.负责参与研发新产品开发和技术评审；
3.负责维护指导书和维护技术资料编写；
4.负责一线维护工程师的培训；
5.负责支持办事处空调服务产品市场拓展支持。
职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，制冷、暖通等相关专业毕业；
2.从事精密空调或机房空调技术支持、产品开发相关工作五年以上，熟悉数据中心空调等产品的系统架构及应用场景，有冷机/液冷开发或支持经验优先；
3.具备较强的产品问题管理与分析能力。良好的沟通表达和跨部门协调能力，具备强烈的责任意识和服务意识；
能适应短期出差。
