About the role
Team Player : Humble, lifelong learner with a customer-first mindset,
Practical Knowledge : Proficient in OOP, DDD, design patterns, clean code, refactoring, unit and integration testing,
Experience : 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following languages: Java, Go, C#, Kotlin, or NodeJS,
Database Management : Experience with relational and non-relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Couchbase, Redis, and etc.,
Messaging Patterns : Experience with messaging patterns like Saga and Outbox, and message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.,
Distributed Systems : Preferably experienced in fault-tolerant and loosely coupled distributed architectures, service-to-service communication, idempotency, eventual consistency,
Containerization : Experience with Kubernetes, observability, monitoring, and resource optimization is a significant plus
CI/CD Ownership : Pipelines you actually built and maintained, not just used
AI-Assisted Development : Familiar with using AI tools for coding, testing, debugging, and improving engineering productivity, engineering quality standards
Agile Mindset : Agile-minded team player with strong communication skills,
Language Skills : Good command of written and spoken English.
