Conduct black-box testing for new tool features and provide detailed feedback. Manage domain issue configurations, configuration files, and run batch issue creation/mutation processes. Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and dashboards to track task progress and operational productivity. Use statistical methods to analyze data and produce insightful project reports. Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and recommend solutions to enhance quality and productivity. Collaborate with advanced operators to test and validate process improvement hypotheses. Leverage GIS skills to support the geo data lifecycle, including ingestion, processing, and submission. Draft tool requirement documents (ORDs) and recommend system enhancements. Use programming and data science tools (e.g., Python, NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, TensorFlow) to develop algorithms that improve data processing and analysis workflows. Manage source code changes through version control systems. Triage, debug, and document complex issues affecting workflows, identifying and resolving edge cases. Promote tooling solutions across teams and projects to enhance collaboration. Utilize Machine Learning and AI outputs to optimize system tools and workflows.
