What You'll Bring: Graduate degree in Computer Science with advanced statistics coursework. 7+ years relevant professional analytical experience. Expertise in statistical programming (R or SAS), with intermediate SQL skills preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, including presentations to executives. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities. Effective project management and leadership, able to delegate, set goals, and coach teams. Capable of leading complex projects independently. Skilled at motivating and managing teams. Proficient in data evaluation and guiding research; hands-on analysis experience is a plus (SAS, R). Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Confident public speaker for diverse audience sizes. Solid understanding of business questions and transforming data into actionable intelligence. Comfortable communicating across all organizational levels, adjusting approach as needed. Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team developing custom analytics solutions for clients. Comprehensive knowledge of consumer lending and credit risk management practices is essential. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative analytical products and insights Play an integral role in the development of predictive modeling and business intelligence solutions for clients such as credit lenders, insurance carriers, and other financial service providers. Design and oversee initiatives that involve descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis using various techniques—including segmentation, logistic regression, survival analysis, principal component analysis, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and machine learning. This includes delegating tasks and managing the team to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Extract data and conduct segmentation and statistical analyses on large datasets utilizing programming languages such as R, SAS, SQL, and Python across Linux and PC platforms. Deliver analytic insights and recommendations will be presented in concise, impactful presentations tailored for audiences at multiple levels, including executive leadership; you may also lead key presentations for clients. Cultivate an environment that encourages excellence, innovation, and collegiality. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members, and acting as an advisor to senior management. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and introduce new ideas and solutions representing the interests of the team. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
