Software Engineer (Tech Lead) - Governance Platform

We are the team that is mainly responsible for the Local Service Governance of TikTok. This includes formulating policies for merchants and creators, transaction governance, content recognition, risk blocking and other strategies, to ensure they are aligned with Globalization and Localization, continuously optimizing the platform content ecology, improving user experience, and striving to become the best global local life platform in terms of user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to establish strong internal and external collaborations, responsible for design and development of the TikTok local service governance platform - Deeply understand the business, provide users with intelligent and efficient service solutions through abstraction; - Reasonably decompose and implement product requirements of different periods and urgency levels; - Write technical documents and design plans for related products; - Learn and research advanced technologies in the industry to maintain technological progress.
