As a Solutions Engineer, you will not only have the opportunity to identify and solve challenges by architecting and building solutions but, more importantly, prioritize client success and work cross-functionally to help them reach their business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Be an expert on TikTok's Ads capabilities and build trust through your deep technical expertise and customer needs. - Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to identify and capitalize on SMB opportunities through innovative, scalable solutions and best practices. - Understand the unique needs of small and medium-sized businesses and influence product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges. - Build and ship new products as well as end-to-end solutions in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams. - Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends.
