About the Team

The Data Science team is a global, full-stack data team that plays an important role in empowering and driving the growth of TikTok Shop. Through impactful data insights and data products, the team focuses on areas such as metrics development, product, operation, algorithm improvement, data infrastructure, and data product development. The team enables informed decision-making and helps optimize the performance and effectiveness of TikTok Shop.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily statistical analysis of business data, coordinating resources for tracking and in-depth analysis of abnormal situations; 2. Assist analysts in Data Insight and Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis to quickly locate internal problems or find opportunities; 3. Assist analysts in the construction and improvement of Data Analysis system, and explore business opportunities in terms of traffic, products and strategies.
