We are seeking a Senior Director, Information Technology to join our divisional leadership team and drive technology-enabled business transformation across a complex, global organization. This is a highly visible executive role where you will shape the digital future of a business that designs, manufactures, and supports some of the world’s most sophisticated scientific instruments. The Opportunity: As a strategic business leader, you will align IT strategy with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, service, commercial, and R&D priorities to accelerate growth, improve productivity, strengthen margins, and enhance customer experience. You will lead a global IT organization, modernize enterprise platforms, simplify complex processes and architectures, and build the data and digital foundations required to scale a high-growth, technology-driven business. Key Responsibilities: Partner with divisional leadership to define and execute a multi-year IT strategy and roadmap. Lead global IT teams supporting manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, service, and commercial functions. Simplify fragmented systems, processes, and data into scalable, business-focused platforms. Drive modernization of ERP, CRM, manufacturing, service, analytics, and digital workplace capabilities. Enable operational excellence across planning, procurement, production, service, and customer-facing workflows. Advance data, automation, and AI capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes. Oversee portfolio management, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, vendor management, and talent development. What You’ll Bring: Extensive senior IT leadership experience within the semiconductor industry (essential). Proven success using technology to drive business growth, productivity, profitability, and customer value. Strong track record leading enterprise transformation and platform modernization in complex global organizations. Experience across manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, data & analytics, automation, and digital technologies. Ability to influence senior stakeholders across operations, engineering, commercial, and service functions. Experience leading global teams and large-scale change across multiple regions and cultures. Knowledge of advanced manufacturing or high-value capital equipment environments. Practical experience implementing automation and AI solutions at enterprise scale. Excellent leadership, communication, and talent-development capabilities.
