Description We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Product Owner to lead digital, data, and automation initiatives within the Finance and Commercial domain. This role will focus on driving data-driven products, enabling advanced analytics, and delivering business value through AI and automation solutions. Experience Required 10+ years of overall professional experience 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role Strong expertise in Finance and Commercial domain Proven experience in driving projects independently Key Responsibilities Define and own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for data, AI, and automation initiatives Collaborate with Finance and Commercial stakeholders (FP&A, Controllership, Sales, Pricing, Marketing) to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases Drive Finance use cases such as financial planning & forecasting (FP&A), budgeting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, working capital optimization, and financial reporting automation Drive Commercial use cases such as pricing optimization, revenue management, sales performance analytics, customer segmentation, demand forecasting, and campaign effectiveness Enable development of data products that support revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization Lead Agile product development using Scrum, including backlog creation, grooming, and prioritization Drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery with cross-functional teams Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality data and analytics solutions Define and track KPIs such as revenue uplift, margin improvement, forecast accuracy, and process efficiency gains Drive adoption of digital technologies including IoT and digital twins where relevant Act as a bridge between business, data, and technology teams Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Proven expertise in backlog management and working with Scrum teams Experience with data engineering and ETL/ELT processes Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and scalable computing Good understanding of data platforms, data processing, and pipelines Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Hands-on experience with: SQL Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Exposure to IoT and digital twin technologies Basic programming knowledge in Python or R Experience contributing to AI/ML initiatives Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PM/PO, CSPO, SAFe) are a plus Domain certifications in Finance or Commercial areas Knowledge of GxP processes and regulated environments Key Competencies Strategic thinking and product mindset Strong business acumen in Finance and Commercial functions Data-driven decision making Ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Why Join Us Opportunity to drive data and AI transformation in Finance and Commercial domains Work on impactful, enterprise-scale initiatives Collaborative and innovation-driven environment Strong career growth opportunities Thank you for your interest as you consider starting a new career journey with us.
