You’ll operate at both strategic and execution levels—diving into complex operational detail while confidently influencing senior stakeholders with a clear product vision and commercial roadmap. Customer-obsessed and insight-driven, you leverage AI-enabled discovery and real customer engagement to uncover growth opportunities, sharpen product-market fit, and deliver measurable outcomes across ARR, retention, and adoption. What You’ll Own Commercial Growth – Define and drive product strategy, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market success Customer Value – Turn insights into impactful roadmap decisions that boost retention and expansion Product Excellence – Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes Portfolio Impact – Think beyond a single product and maximize value across the broader suite What Success Looks Like ARR growth Strong GRR & retention Increased product adoption Improved customer satisfaction (pNPS) What You Bring 3–5 years in Product Management within B2B SaaS Strong commercial mindset with experience owning growth metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR) Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into winning product strategies Confident working with engineering on delivery and trade-offs Hands-on with AI tools for discovery, analysis, and decision-making Bonus Points Experience in workforce or facilities management Background in complex or operationally intensive products What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
