About the role
We’re hiring our first full-time engineer. We’re putting a premium on raw ambition and scrappiness. We’re looking for someone who wants to ship fast, learn faster, and leave a visible dent in the product every day.
What You'll Do

Architect and ship features end-to-end: from backend pipelines to frontend UX.

Build tools that CRE brokers use everyday

Maintain a clean codebase while operating at startup speed.

Collaborate directly with the founders.

Own decisions. Move fast. Push code that touches revenue.
You Might Be a Fit If You
Love shipping quickly with tight feedback loops.
Have strong opinions on how to build scalable APIs and clean UIs—but can flex when needed.
Think in systems and are allergic to unnecessary complexity.
Want to work closely with founders, not buried in ticket systems.
Nice to Haves
Experience with real estate tech, CRMs or data scraping.
Strong eye for UX or interest in generative AI.
Previous early-stage startup or founder experience.
