This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.

Summary

The role of a Applications Development Module Lead is for identifying and resolving mid to high complexity configuration issues throughout the client implementation/ongoing process. The position requires technical proficiency in programming and configuring tasks related to pension calculations, forms and letters, and web configuration. Application Development Module Lead will work in a support role on mid to high-complexity projects/issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks of Defect analysis, configuration, and unit testing.

• Develop and execute Unit test plans, test cases, and test scripts

• Defect Fixes for Mid to High complexity – Forms & Letters | Web Config components.

• Demonstrate Task level ownership for assigned work.

• Participate in Ideas of process automation.

• Timely communication to Lead and Onshore Counterpart.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedure and leverage knowledgebase acquired during ILT and material available.

• Adherence to Process Model

• Work alongside with senior members or individually (as required) to assist in smooth integration/transition of process

• Succeeding as a Applications Development Module Lead, will require the following core qualifications and skill

• 6+ years of configuration experience in a similar role.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required for this role, and relevant industry certifications are often preferred.

• Should have a strong foundation in software development principles and be comfortable with one or more programming languages such as Java, C, or C#

• Preferred knowledge on Defined Benefits domain.

• Should have clear understanding of unit testing, test case creation and execution.

• Assisting in analyzing systems to identify configuration issues and recommending solutions to resolve them.

• Writing basic SQL queries to extract data from large databases.

• Basic knowledge of SDLC concepts.

• Working Knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access.

• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
