Ce rôle sur site s’adresse à un professionnel expérimenté reconnu pour sa communication et sa capacité à gérer les situations complexes. As part of Teledyne Technologies , you’ll support mission‑critical industrial systems, ensuring the reliability and security of both IT and operational technology. This on‑site position is ideal for an experienced technician known for clear communication and effective conflict resolution. What you’ll do / Vos responsabilités Provide on‑site IT & OT support for production systems / Soutenir les systèmes TI et TO de production Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, access, IP telephony, and equipment Resolve incidents via tickets, phone, Teams, and in person Deploy, maintain, and secure systems and workstations Support cybersecurity and change‑management processes Participate in upgrades, deployments, and site projects Document procedures and train users What you need / Profil recherché Required / Exigé: Excellent French communication; English an asset Required / Exigé: 10+ years’ IT support experience in industrial or OT environments Required / Exigé: Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills Required / Exigé: Windows expertise; Linux an advantage Required / Exigé: CGP clearance eligibility (Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident) Advantage / Atout: Manufacturing or automation experience What we offer / Ce que nous offrons Work supporting critical manufacturing operations Technically hands‑on, high‑impact environment Stability within Teledyne Technologies Exposure to OT, cybersecurity, and industrial systems What happens next / Prochaines étapes Applications are reviewed, followed by a recruiter screen and interviews.
