Job Description: Support a regional operating model implementation project, mostly during our UAT and process review phases Assist in our data reconciliation and cleansing initiatives for multiple Asia offices – this includes: developing data transformation and loading tools into production systems and other designated environment performing data reconciliation and validation tools to ensure data integrity and accuracy using scripting tools and Microsoft Excel to process and analyze large volumes of data Implement quick-win use cases of AI in our BAU processes Participate in other projects that may collaborate with front-office and oversight functions What Interns Would Gain You would develop a practical understanding of how an asset management firm runs, and build first-hand experience in data processing, project coordination, and how systems are designed and implemented to address operational needs. Throughout the program, you would also receive mentorship and sharing from some senior colleagues. Qualifications Full-time undergraduate or graduate degree students, ideally in Business, Finance, Computer Science / IT, or other related disciplines Excellent written and spoken English, with strong analytical abilities and presentation skills Very proficient with MS Excel; experience in other DB tools (e.g. SQL, Python) and BI platforms will be highly preferred Genuine interest in the Finance industry and AI Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure Job Category: Temporary Employee Posting End Date: 29/08/2026 Shine together At Sun Life, you can be your most brilliant self.
