What You’ll Do
As a Field Service Engineer , you’ll be the go-to technical expert for our customers across Perth , Western Australia and surrounding areas. Your work ensures that critical medical and surgical equipment performs flawlessly—because when it matters most, reliability saves lives. Deliver preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing of Stryker equipment at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly—even in high-pressure clinical settings
Build trusted relationships with hospital teams as their technical advisor
Manage your own schedule and travel across the region with autonomy
Collaborate with a supportive team to share knowledge and achieve goals
Maintain accurate service documentation to meet compliance standards

What You Will Need Required Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently — you can explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences and hold your own in a room of senior clinicians

Demonstrated experience managing difficult or high-stakes conversations with customers or stakeholders — and achieving a positive outcome

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel

Experience with hands-on technical experience (mechanical, electrical, electronics, engineering, or trades)

Preferred Experience servicing medical devices or healthcare equipment

Minimum 1 year of experience working in hospital or clinical environments
