About the role
Who We Are Looking For State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) is seeking an experienced Vice President, IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and stability of production technology services supporting SSBI. The successful candidate brings deep expertise in IT operations, service management, and regulatory governance, with strong knowledge of European regulatory expectations including DORA. Why This Role Matters This role provides end-to-end governance and leadership across Run-the-Bank operations ensuring service performance, risk control, and regulatory compliance. Directly supports SSBI operational resilience and strategic objectives. Organizational Structure & Reporting Reports to the GTS Technology Operations Manager. Acts as primary accountability point for service delivery governance across ICA towers. Works with Technology, Risk, Compliance and Business leadership. Key Responsibilities Own service delivery governance across ICA towers Drive SLA/KPI performance and reporting quality Lead major incident governance and escalation Govern RCA quality and systemic remediation Oversee production change risk and controls Own DORA ICT incident governance Lead operational resilience (BCP/DR) Act as escalation point for major risks Build senior stakeholder relationships Act as Deputy for Service Management responsibilities Core Competencies Strong IT service management expertise Strong communication and stakeholder skills Analytical and governance mindset Ability to operate in high-pressure environments Technical & Regulatory Expertise ITIL knowledge across service processes Multi-vendor environment experience DORA / EU ICT regulation familiarity Audit and control experience Tools & Platforms ServiceNow ITSM Microsoft Office Monitoring and reporting tools Education & Experience 12–15+ years experience VP level experience preferred ITIL certification Minimum Salary: zł282,000 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ. Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees. In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
