Your Impact

What You’ll Do
- Lead exciting projects, from small assignments to complex mandates where you’ll be the go-to expert.
- Act as the technical leader on mid-sized projects, confidently guiding the mechanical discipline.
- Imagine and design innovative solutions by analyzing, comparing, and recommending approaches that make a difference.
- Develop and validate robust mechanical systems and high-performing industrial equipment.
- Apply your expertise in material handling to design efficient and safe solutions for bulk material transport.
- Serve as a key technical advisor for colleagues and clients, bringing your expertise where it matters most.
- Conduct site visits, perform accurate field surveys, and oversee construction follow-up.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of deliverables.
- Draft strategic documents such as RFPs and service proposals that showcase our expertise.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by reviewing every detail before submission.
- Mentor and inspire technicians and junior engineers (EITs) to help grow the team.
Responsibilities
Mechanical Engineer, member of the OIQ for at least 8 years, with a strong professional background
- Proven expertise in the design of industrial material handling equipment (conveyors, elevators, bulk material transport systems).
- General health and safety certification for construction sites (ASP), essential for performing site visits in industrial environments.
